Redemption Fellowship is a spiritual covering for ministers and their families. Our Goal is to provide a relational fellowship to assist in the growth of personal and leadership development through impartation, resourcing, mentoring, accountability, and restoration. With the importance of a personal touch and the growth of the Fellowship, Pastor Ron has appointed a global Director and six overseers to support and serve our Redemption Fellowship members all over the world.

As a strategic thinker, innovator, and spiritual architect with vast leadership development experience, he consults, influences, and serves some of the world’s most influential ministries.
As Director of Redemption Fellowship and founder of Dominion.u, he is here to serve, mentor, train, develop, and assist Kingdom leaders and their teams to expand their vision and establish Christ’s dominion.

Jamie is persistent in his pursuit of developing potential in others and causing them to live fully in their God given abilities. Jamie and his wife Pamela have 4 beautiful daughters.

Pastor Rob Hines is the Senior Pastor of CrossFaith Church in Molino, Flordia for the past 18 years. Prior to that he was evangelizing in churches all throughout the Southeast. His heart and vision is to see the body of Christ unified in the earth for the purpose of the Kingdom of God. Pastors Rob and Gina Hines have 2 beautiful children and 1 grandbaby.

He considers himself a Pastorprenuer. He has been happily married to Katiti for 23 years, and they share 4 beautiful children.

Mark Bailey received a call to ministry at 18 and started pursuing God’s direction. He received his Bachelors in Biblical Studies and has continued with graduate classes. Mark is a Certified John Maxwell Leadership Trainer. He is a Master Electrician. He is currently bi-vocational, working as a manager at the Christian Broadcasting Network. He and his wife Alexis, of 38 years, co-founded Carpenter’s House Ministries in 1999. They have 3 children, and 4 grandchildren.

Tommy Leonard is founder and Senior Pastor of New Season AK and Apostolic overseer of New Season International Ministries. He has served in ministry for 24 years and has pastored New Season AK for 15 years with his wife Pastor LaTonyea Leonard. He has been honored with an Honorary Doctor of Divinity Degree from Northwestern Christian University. Tommy’s greatest passion is to see the Kingdom of God manifest on earth as it is in Heaven and to see every man, woman, boy, and girl live out their true identity that God created them to walk in.
He has been happily married to LaTonyea for 29 years. They are blessed to have three children Adera, Rya, and Jaeden who bring great joy to their lives.
